Signup / Registration:

• aplusdigitizing.net reserves the right to block or delete any account without a prior notice if it is found in breach of our terms and conditions.

Logos and Artworks:

• Artworks that contain nudity or blasphemous references to any religion or belief system are not allowed to upload on our website and we do not process such artworks.
• Artwork must be clear and readable. In the case of any mistakes due to blur image aplusdigitizng.net will not be responsible.

Free Quotes:

• The quotes are only rough estimates. Therefore, the actual cost could may vary up to +/-20%.

Order Cancellations:

• Until the order is assigned you can see the edit or delete option in “My Orders”. Once the order is assigned to a digitizer / Artist, you would not be able to edit or delete it.

Once the order is in process or has been completed, we would not accept the cancellation.

Payments and refunds:

• Please be rest assured that aplusdigitizing.net do not ask or store your credit or debit card information. All our payments are processed by Stripe or 2Checkout or any other third party who collect payments on our behalf.

All our payments are in US dollars but you can pay in your local currency.

• Any payments made in error will immediately be refunded.
• Payments against any of the plan purchased are not refundable fully or partially.

Quality Policy and our liability:

• At Aplusdigitizing.net, we make every effort to complete every task with perfect correctness.
• Our separate Quality Assurance Department checks your order for spelling errors and technical specifics. However, human error is always a possibility. Therefore, before moving on with mass production, we advise you to thoroughly review your logos for spelling errors or object details and to run a test sew out to ensure the quality.
• Aplusdigitizing.net is responsible to fix any errors free of charge. However we will not accept any responsibility for the material damage or any other losses due to digitizing or vector errors.
